my weekend in tweets

Because I’m over on Twitter more than on this blog lately—to be honest, I’m on Twitter more than ANYTHING, i.e. too much, but whatever—I decided to collect all my tweets from this weekend and put them in an entry here. Just so you have an idea of what went on. Which, I realized as I read them over is….not much. So this will probably be a one-time thing. It was also a LOT of cutting and pasting, although I bet there’s an easier way. If there isn’t, someone needs to invent a program that does it with one click. Benjamin Werdmuller, are you reading this? I am looking at YOU. But in a nice way.

Okay, off to watch Toot and Puddle. And, um, tweet. Have a good day, everyone!

Haha, this is so cool! I love how you did this! And it sounds like you had an AMAZING time; it isn’t boring at all. Thanks so much for posting this! :)
PS I had no idea Toot and Puddle was on television! I learn something new every time I read your blog. :)

Such a cool idea for a blog post!

Cinderella Army sounds like my kind of game (21 year old Disney-princess-at-heart here!) :)

  3. sherry says:

    That was fun!

This was really amusing to read! Your tweets are so cute and make me smile. You shouldn’t do this every weekend (what with the copying and pasting), but it would be nice for an every once in a while thing. You’re so clever :D

I love Goodnight Moon! Children’s books are definitely not just for children. Perhaps I should make a list of books to pick up just because.

As for the monsters in the closet thing, you can always teach her to be like Boo in Monsters, Inc. and scare them instead. :)

  6. Emily says:

Hee hee. Please tell me more about Cinderella Army! :D And nice fairy tale about a bird. :P

Hi Sarah! It’s nearly six o’clock, and at any moment you are going to be doing your live chat for GL magazine. I just wanted to wish you luck, and to let you know I am going to be tuning in :) -your biggest fan, Lisa

So right now it is twenty minutes past seven, and your live chat with GL magazine is over. I just wanted to say that I am really appreciative of the questions you answered that I submitted to the chat. I didn’t think I would be lucky enough to have one question answered ( there was A TON of people posting really great questions), but you managed to answer three of my questions in the hour long time allot. You’re not just inspirational because you write influential books- but what makes you really phenominal is that you always take time out for your fans : wheather it’s through tweets, the Friday Five, or through live internet chats. Continue to stay faboulous, Sarah, because that is one thing that never goes out of style. Once again, thank you.

  9. Lisa says:

Hi Sarah! That last post was from me, Lisa. I forgot to post my name lol.

  10. Liz says:

PLEASE just do a regular post next time. If you want to ditch the blog then that is obviously your prerogative but this isn’t as fun to read. 140 characters isn’t the same thing as full sentences. You’re a writer for Christ’s sake. You can’t write a few hundred words?

Oh shut up, she can say and do whatever she wants. Someone clearly needs a tampon. goodbye.

    Monsters in the closet, eh?
As a person who is fairly sure that there are, in fact, monsters in the closet, I’m always very tentative to check, which I think makes a kid more afraid..
What? Who wouldn’t be afraid of something hiding in your closet? All I want in my closet is shoes and stashes of chocolate.
So kudos to you for checking.
Also, out of all the children’s shows i’m forced to watch, Toot and Puddle is one of the best ;D
