for your Monday…

…a picture we took this weekend. See, we CAN all get along!

And now, I will go lick the bowl from the blueberry muffins we just put in the oven and call it breakfast. Hey, it’s Monday!

Have a good day, everyone!

I saw that picture on your Twitter- very funny. What’s also funny is that I just made blueberry muffins last night! They are the best. Blueberry muffins are my favorite kind of muffins. Speaking of which, I might go eat one I made right now. Have a good day, Sarah! Happy Tuesday

OF COURSE we can! I am reminded of this every time I see my “feral” barn cats curled up with the ducklings while their mother takes a break in the horse trough.

    Hi sarah,
I’ve read all of your books at least twice, and I love them so! Are you writing any more books now, and if so would you consider writing sequels? Or combining two chraracters from previous books into one? I would love to see Auden and McLean in college together!

    Hi,
I have only read one of the books (but I am going to read all of your books), “The Truth about Forever”. I loved it! I hope you will write more about Macy and Wes.
Don’t stop writing ever, you have a true talent!

I also wanted to say that you should really come to Kingston! There are so many people that would love to meet you here!
One day, I would also like to be an author, but for children’s books.
Well, I’ll have to see what happens in the future.

    Sarah,
I have read your books a million times each.
I have laughed, and cried through each one,
Each book has helped me in its own way.
    Honestly thank you.
You pretty much saved my life.
I always check to see if you have any new books out.
    Please write more,
    I’d love to read it.
    You are an inspiration.
    Thanks again,
    Jess

Sarah, I just want to say you’re awesome! I love your books, especially Keeping The Moon. I’m currently reading The Truth About Forever and I already love it. I’m fourteen and also live in NC, and my dream is to become an author when I grow up. You’re a great inspiration and I love how you’re stories have stories within them, how they’re not just stories about random things. I hope one day I get to meet you! You’re awesome! (:

Hey Sarah! Firstly, I Just Wanted To Let You Know: Your Books Have Taught Me So Much (Even Though I’ve Only Read: Along for The Ride, Lock And Key [about 40 times including three minutes ago] And This Lullaby; You Are A True Inspiration.

Although I Know That There Is No Way You’ll Have Time To Do So, I Could Really Use Some Advice, Something Your Books Have Given Me At So Many Stressfull Points In My 13 Almost 14 years. So Here Is My Major Question: What The Hell Am I Supposed To Do? (Lol)
I’ve Been Writing, Drawing And Singing (Albeit not always particularly well) Since I Could Pick Up A Pencil And Hum A Tune: But Ultimately Im At A Point Where I Have To Consider My Future And Career. I Have 4-6 Poems And 8 Books (Three Of Which Make A Trillogy Woot Woot) None Of These Books Are Finshed And I Could Really Use Some Advice. Should I Continue My Writing As The Focus Of My Life? Should I Just Drop It And Realise Im Really Not Suited To This Career (This Would Kill Me :P )? Or Should I Concentrate On My School Work And GCSEs And Etc And Carry On Writing On The Side?

Help.. Please.. Anyone… Especially You Sarah (Pshh Geniuses Get Off Lightly It Seems) If Anyone Has Any Sort Of Advice To Stop Me Freaking Out Please Email Me: phoenixnightshade@googlemail.com The Name Is Tia :P

Much Appreciated, Sorry For Taking Up So Much Dang Space Here, Love T xxx

What I love most about this pic is the vintage Little People house in the background! When my daughter was about two I got on EBay and bought all the play sets I coveted as a kid (never did get the McDonald’s set, though). Toys just don’t get any better than that!
