With this new schedule, my entire days are thrown off. Hence the late entries. But change is good, right?

Right.

Last night, I sat down to watch “Amish in the City,” which I know I shouldn’t be watching, but whatever. I have to say that I know all reality shows are edited and cut so that you feel a certain way about certain people on them (i.e. so it’s more clear who the villian is, etc) but this one takes it to an extreme. You’re supposed to think the Amish are good, the city kids bad, but in fact, at this point, I don’t like anybody. There’s a lot of complaining from all sides, and it’s all so petty. Come on, people! You have your health, a roof over your head, you’re not out in the hot sun doing hard labor. Lighten up! It’s getting on my nerves. But I guess I deserve it for watching in the first place, right?

Right.

When I am feeling frustrated, I’ve found a good cure is to Breakup News, one of my new favorite websites. It’s a great concept: like wedding announcements, but for splits. Plus the writing is just really funny. I’ve been wanting to link to it for awhile, but I got all MPAA about it, worried that the language in some entries might offend. But then I decided that I might be being a bit overprotective of you. I mean, you can handle it. Right?

Right.

Enough affirmation. I’m going to take a nap.

have a good afternoon everyone!
