So, yes. San Francisco. It IS as great as everyone says.

Also great: the redwoods. As you can see from the above picture, they are huge and awesome and incredible. We drove over there this morning, and walking through the woods was like being in another world. So lush and quiet, it makes you reverent. Wow.

I’ve had a full day and a half off of the tour, so I’ll be super extra rested for the event I’m doing tonight for Copperfield’s Books. Then, tomorrow, I’m at another dinner event, for Not Your Mother’s Book Club. My event on Wednesday at Rakestraw Books is kind of in flux, so call the store for details. Finally, Wednesday night, I’m at the Barnes and Noble in Walnut Creek at 7pm, which is my last event of this part of the tour, after which point I plan to go home, crawl into my bed, and sleep until June.

This has been quite the adventure so far: cross-country flights, celebrity sightings, and redwoods. Plus, today, I finally got to shop a bit (at the Paul Frank store, no less). Of course, I’m so tired I’m almost delerious, but hey. That’s what May is for, right?

You know, though…if I wrap up this entry now….I might just be able to squeeze in a nap.

*looks at watch*

have a good day, everyone!
